# The National Medical Products Administration publicly solicits opinions on the "Regulations on the Filing Management of Internet Drug and Medical Device Information Services"

> On July 31, according to the National Medical Products Administration, in order to implement the "Decision of the State Council on Amending and Abolishing Certain Administrative Regulations" and the "Notice of the State Council on Deepening the 'Separation of Licenses and Permits' Reform to Further Stimulate the Development Vitality of Market Entities," the National Medical Products Administration organized the drafting of the "Regulations on the Record Management of Internet Drug and Medical Device Information Services," which is now open for public consultation. The public consultation period is from July 31, 2025, to August 30, 2025
