# Suqun plans to raise no more than 466 million yuan through a private placement for the liquid cooling heat dissipation research and development center project and others

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Suqun (301489.SZ) has disclosed a plan for issuing shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance is not expected to exceed 466 million yuan (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds will be used for the following projects: 369 million yuan for the Vietnam Suqun thermal products project, 31.5894 million yuan for the liquid cooling research and development center project, 30.1605 million yuan for the information system construction project, and 35 million yuan for supplementing working capital
