# Shangtai Tech: 4 directors and supervisors plan to reduce their holdings by 0.2614%

> Shangtai Tech announced that Director Qi Zhonghui holds 960,000 shares, Supervisor Sun Yuejie holds 800,000 shares, Supervisor Zuo Baozeng holds 792,000 shares, and Senior Executive Wang Huiguang holds 175,000 shares. The four individuals plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 681,700 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure, through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for 0.2614% of the company's current total share capital. Among them, Qi Zhonghui plans to reduce 240,000 shares, Sun Yuejie 200,000 shares, Zuo Baozeng 198,000 shares, and Wang Huiguang 43,750 shares
