According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aoshikang Technology Co., Ltd. (002913.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The company plans to issue a total of no more than 1 billion yuan in convertible bonds, with an initial conversion price not lower than the average trading price of the company's A-shares over the twenty trading days prior to the announcement date of the fundraising prospectus and the average trading price of the company's A-shares on the previous trading day. The funds raised from this issuance, after deducting issuance costs, will be used entirely for the high-end printed circuit board project
