# SDHS plans to subscribe for no more than 106 million domestic shares of WEIHAI BANK

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shandong High-Speed (600350.SH) announced that its affiliated company, Weihai Bank Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weihai Bank"), plans to issue domestic shares and non-publicly issue H shares to specific objects, with the total amount of funds raised from the stock issuance not exceeding 3 billion yuan, to supplement Weihai Bank's core Tier 1 capital. The company intends to participate in this capital increase project of Weihai Bank. Specifically, the company will subscribe for no more than 106 million domestic shares of Weihai Bank at a price of 3.29 yuan per share, with a total subscription amount not exceeding 348 million yuan. After the investment is completed, the company's equity stake in Weihai Bank will remain unchanged at 11.60%
