# Changhua plans to raise no more than 230 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Changhua (301518.SZ) has announced a plan to issue shares to specific targets, with the total amount of funds to be raised not exceeding 230 million yuan (including the principal). The net amount of funds raised after deducting relevant issuance costs will be used entirely for the carbon dioxide polyether project (Phase I)
