According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SMART DIGI TECH (01159) announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2025, the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately HKD 145 million to HKD 155 million, while for the six months ending June 30, 2024, it recorded a loss of approximately RMB 11.3 million. The expected turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to the one-time net gain from the sale of a subsidiary
