According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Alnera (301613.SZ) announced that in order to implement the new energy development strategy, further accelerate the development of the new energy industry, and enhance the company's core competitiveness, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Aluminum Era Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aluminum Era"), intends to sign the "Investment Cooperation Agreement for the Project of Annual Production of 800,000 Sets of Lightweight High-Strength New Energy Vehicle Parts" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") with the Management Committee of Chongqing Nanchuan Industrial Park, with a total investment of no less than RMB 500 million to construct the project of annual production of 800,000 sets of lightweight high-strength new energy vehicle parts.

This external investment project revolves around the company's main business, aligns with national industrial policies, industry development directions, and the company's future development plans.
