# PASHUN INT'L issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term net loss not exceeding 10 million yuan, a year-on-year loss from profit

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PASHUN INT'L (00574) announced that it expects the group to incur a net loss of no more than RMB 10 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, while the net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2024, was RMB 35 million. The net profit turning into a net loss during this period is mainly due to the recognition of a one-time gain from the company's debt restructuring of approximately RMB 47.4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, while there is no such one-time gain during this period
