# Hanvon Technology: Li Zhifeng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 0.0525%

Hanvon Technology announced that its director and vice president Li Zhifeng plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 128,300 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for no more than 0.0525% of the company's total share capital; he currently holds 513,300 shares, accounting for 0.21% of the company's total share capital; the shares to be reduced are sourced from those obtained before the company's initial public offering and from equity incentives, with the reduction price determined by the market price at the time of reduction
