# JIEYA shareholders Mingyuan Fund and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.95%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIEYA (301108.SZ) announced that its shareholder Tongling Mingyuan Circular Economy Industry Venture Capital Fund Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Mingyuan Fund") and its concerted party Suzhou Industrial Park Zhongyi Mingyuan Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhongyi Mingyuan") plan to reduce their holdings of a total of no more than 5.5715 million shares, accounting for no more than 4.95% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
