# Agreement on Property Lease Signed by BAR PACIFIC Subsidiary

> BAR PACIFIC announced that its subsidiary, Tengsheng International Limited, has signed a property lease agreement with Jinjin Investment (Hong Kong) Limited, with a lease term from April 22, 2025, to April 21, 2028, for a duration of 3 years. The property is located at Shop A, G/F, Hoi Yuk Court, 298 Yuen Chau Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The directors believe that this location is advantageous for the group to expand its bar and dining business in Hong Kong

According to the announcement from Pacific Bar (08432), on July 22, 2025, the tenant (the company's subsidiary, Tengsheng International Limited) and the owner (Jinjin Investment (Hong Kong) Limited) entered into a lease agreement for the property, with a fixed lease term retroactive from April 22, 2025, to April 21, 2028 (including both start and end dates) for a duration of 3 years.

The property is located at Shop A, G/F, Hoi Hsueh Court, 298 Yuan Chau Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The board considers that the property is situated in a strategic location favorable for the group's expansion of its bar and dining business in Hong Kong
