According to the announcement from GEMILANG INTL (06163), after careful consideration and discussion between the company and Guofu Haohua (Hong Kong) CPA Limited, due to the inability to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2025, Guofu Haohua has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 31, 2025
