# London Stock Market fell on July 31

> The Financial Times 100 Index on the London Stock Exchange closed at 9,132.81 points on July 31, down 4.13 points from the previous trading day, a decrease of 0.05%. On that day, all three major European stock indices fell. Financial stocks performed well, with St. James's Place rising by 11.89%, Entain up by 9.49%, Rolls-Royce up by 8.50%, "Correct Action" company up by 2.79%, and Prudential USD up by 2.73%
