According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jushen (001202.SZ) announced that on July 31, 2025, it received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (referred to as "SZSE") regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects by Jushen Logistics Group Co., Ltd.
