According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHKK (600272.SH) announced that the company intends to transfer its 11.11% equity in Nanjing Tianshi Software Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Tianshi") through public listing at the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange. The minimum price for this public listing transfer will not be less than 17.4123 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Nanjing Tianshi
