# COMPLANT: Li Haifeng resigns as Vice President and Secretary of the Board

On August 1st, COMPLANT announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Vice General Manager and Board Secretary Li Haifeng on the same day. Li Haifeng resigned from his positions as Vice General Manager and Board Secretary due to job changes and will not hold any positions in the company or its controlling subsidiaries after his resignation. On the same day, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Chief Legal Counsel Wang Yi, who resigned from his position due to job adjustments. After his resignation, he will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the company and will hold the positions of Chairman and Director at the company's controlling subsidiary, Singapore Yade Co., Ltd. The resignation letters of Li Haifeng and Wang Yi will take effect from the date they are delivered to the board of directors.
