# COMPLANT's subsidiary plans to list and transfer 100% equity of Yade Materials and Yade Chemicals

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COMPLANT (000151.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Singapore Yade Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yade Company"), intends to publicly transfer its 100% equity in Zhejiang Yade Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yade Materials") and 100% equity in Yade Chemical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yade Chemical") through the Beijing Equity Exchange. Currently, this matter is only in the stage of pre-disclosure and does not constitute a transaction, nor is it a formal listing; the purpose is to publicly solicit potential transferees for the equity intended for transfer
