# Urovo: The controlling shareholder intends to inquire about the transfer of 9.5373 million shares

Urovo announced that its controlling shareholder, Hong Kong Urovo Technology Holdings Group Co., Ltd., plans to transfer 9.5373 million shares, accounting for 2.96% of the company's total share capital, and 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account disclosed recently. The transferee for this inquiry transfer will be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance, and the lower limit of the transfer price will not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the stock over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation letter. The shares held by the transferor have been released from restrictions, ownership is clear, and there are no restrictions or prohibitions on transfer. The shares transferred in this inquiry transfer cannot be transferred within 6 months after the transfer
