The two parties have reached a framework agreement to establish a forward-looking strategic partnership aimed at jointly promoting technological innovation and quality upgrades of specific pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), strengthening the collaborative competitiveness of key links in the pharmaceutical industry chain, and achieving a win-win value in the field of advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing. This agreement will be effective for the long term, valid until July 31, 2035
