According to the announcement from YANGTZEKIANG (00294), the board nomination committee members will change as of August 1, 2025: (i) Executive Director Mr. Chen Yongqi will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee; and (ii) Executive Director Ms. Liu Chenshuwen has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee
