# HUA TIAN plans to invest 2 billion yuan to establish HUA TIAN Advanced to engage in 2.5D/3D integrated circuit packaging and testing business

According to the announcement from HUA TIAN Technology (002185.SZ), the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing HUA TIAN Advanced Packaging Co., Ltd. (tentative name, referred to as "HUA TIAN Advanced"), through multiple wholly-owned subsidiaries or affiliated partnerships, with a total registered capital of 2 billion yuan.

As indicated in the announcement, HUA TIAN Advanced will engage in 2.5D/3D integrated circuit packaging and testing. After its establishment, the company will further increase its investment in advanced packaging and testing business areas such as 2.5D/3D, accelerating the development of advanced packaging business
