Hexing Electric Power announced that the transfer registration procedures for 24.3132 million shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder, Hexing Holdings, to Mr. Zhou Junhe have been completed. The transfer price for the shares is RMB 23.8 per share, with a total transfer amount of RMB 579 million. After the transfer is completed, Hexing Holdings' shareholding ratio will decrease from 49.30% to 44.30%, while Mr. Zhou Junhe will hold 5%. This share transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it adversely affect the company's normal operations and management
