# YGM TRADING: Chen Shuling has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YGM TRADING announced that starting from August 1, 2025, the changes to the members of the Board Nomination Committee are as follows: (i) Executive Director Mr. Chen Yongshen will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; and (ii) Executive Director Ms. Zhou Chen Shuling has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YGM TRADING (00375) announced that, effective August 1, 2025, the changes to the members of the Board Nomination Committee are as follows: (i) Executive Director Mr. Chan Wing-shan will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; and (ii) Executive Director Ms. Zhou Chan Shuling has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee
