# ZG LIGHTNING PROTECT: Wang Xueying plans to reduce holdings by no more than 3.9 million shares

ZG LIGHTNING PROTECT announced that the company's chairman and general manager, Wang Xueying, currently holds 15.6919 million shares directly and indirectly holds 10.6 million shares through Sichuan ZG High Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., totaling a 37.41% stake. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.9 million shares, accounting for 1.1962%, through centralized bidding or block trading from August 26, 2025, to November 25, 2025. Director and deputy general manager Zhou Hui holds 180,400 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 45,088 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.0138%. Director and chief financial officer Wang Jianhua holds 152,300 shares and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 38,074 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.0117%. No reduction will occur during the window period
