# BYE: Plans to repurchase company shares for 10 million to 20 million yuan

BYE announced that it plans to repurchase company shares using its own funds and self-raised funds for the employee stock ownership plan and/or equity incentives. The total amount for this repurchase will be no less than 10 million yuan and no more than 20 million yuan. Based on the maximum repurchase price of 14.7 yuan per share and a repurchase amount limit of 20 million yuan, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased will not exceed 1.3605 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.28% of the company's total share capital; based on the maximum repurchase price of 14.7 yuan per share and a repurchase amount lower limit of 10 million yuan, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased will not exceed 680,300 shares, accounting for approximately 0.14% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period will be within 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this share repurchase plan
