Yusys Technologies announced that its controlling shareholder, Yu Qin Hong Tai, holds 174 million shares, accounting for 24.67%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.0406 million shares, accounting for 1.00%, through centralized bidding from August 23 to November 20, 2025, and to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.5203 million shares, accounting for 0.50%, through block trading, totaling a reduction of no more than 10.5609 million shares, accounting for 1.50%
