# Multiple shareholders of Chemspec plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 5.89%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Chemspec (688602.SH) recently received a notice regarding the share reduction plan from Wuxi Yunhui and its concerted actors Xingyu Huitian, Tongxiang Jiawo, and its concerted actor Tongxiang Yunhui. Due to their own funding arrangements, Wuxi Yunhui, Xingyu Huitian, Tongxiang Jiawo, and Tongxiang Yunhui plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding and block trading based on market conditions.

Among them, Wuxi Yunhui and Xingyu Huitian plan to reduce their holdings of Chemspec shares by no more than 15.58125 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 3% of Chemspec's total shares. Tongxiang Jiawo and Tongxiang Yunhui plan to reduce their holdings of Chemspec shares by no more than 15.018271 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.89% of Chemspec's total shares
