# MILLENNIUM PG plans to issue convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.634 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MILLENNIUM PG (08147) announced that on August 1, 2025, the company plans to issue convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.634 million to Shengfa Investment Limited. The convertible bonds will be fully converted into a total of 34.536 million shares at an initial conversion price of HKD 0.25 per share (subject to adjustment).

The net proceeds from the subscription are approximately HKD 8.6 million, which are intended for general working capital
