# QingYue Technology: The company and related personnel received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau

On the evening of August 1st, QingYue announced that the company and relevant personnel received the "Decision of Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau on Taking Warning Measures Against Suzhou QingYue Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Gao Yudi, Zhang Xiaobo" issued by Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. The company has violations in the use of raised funds, irregular financial accounting for CTP+OLED product trading business, and undisclosed related party transactions, which violate relevant regulations. Gao Yudi, as the then Chairman and General Manager, and Zhang Xiaobo, as the then Secretary of the Board and Chief Financial Officer, bear primary responsibility for the aforementioned information disclosure violations. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the aforementioned subjects and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market
