# Novastar plans to spend between 75 million and 150 million yuan to implement a share repurchase

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Novastar (301589.SZ) announced that the company plans to use part of the oversubscribed funds and its own funds to implement the third phase of share repurchase through centralized bidding, for the purposes of equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or the conversion of convertible bonds into shares. The amount planned for repurchase is not less than 75 million yuan and not more than 150 million yuan (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding 215 yuan per share (inclusive). The implementation period for the repurchase of shares is within twelve months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves this share repurchase plan
