# One of the actual controllers of Sinomag, Xiong Yongge, plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.15 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinomag (300835.SZ) announced that one of its actual controllers, director, and general manager Mr. Xiong Yongge plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1.15 million shares (accounting for 0.9924% of the total share capital of the company after excluding repurchased shares) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.

In addition, the company's director and deputy general manager Mr. Xiong Yan'ao plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 45,000 shares (accounting for 0.0388% of the total share capital of the company after excluding repurchased shares) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
