# GGITG plans to indirectly invest 15.45 million yuan in Shishi Technology, whose main business is related to computing power services

According to the announcement from GGITG (601086.SH), the company plans to jointly invest with professional institutions to establish Jiaxing Yudao Digital Technology Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Yudao Digital Technology"). The company's subscribed capital contribution for this investment in Yudao Digital Technology amounts to RMB 15.45 million, accounting for 59.9767% of the contribution ratio.

The announcement indicates that the partnership will only invest in equity in: Shi Shi Technology (Pinghu) Co., Ltd., with an investment amount of RMB 25.76 million. The fund investment will be used for the company's ongoing research and development, expanding the sales team, and supplementing working capital. The target company is a computing power service project company that provides computing power services to clients and charges for computing power leasing and sales service fees
