According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAIER HEAVY INDUSTRY (002347.SZ) announced that Ms. Huang Chunyan, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15 million shares, or no more than 2.97% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from August 25, 2025, to November 24, 2025
