# BEST MART 360: Sun Liang nominated as executive director

> BEST MART 360 announced that Li Guanpeng has resigned as executive director and chairman of the board due to a job transfer, with the resignation effective after the shareholders' special meeting approves the new chairman. Sun Liang has been nominated as an executive director, pending approval by the shareholders' meeting. Lu Rong has also been nominated as an executive director and chairman of the nomination committee, effective after approval by the shareholders' meeting

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BEST MART 360 (02360) has announced that Mr. Li Guanpeng has resigned as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Company Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to a job transfer. His resignation will take effect on the day immediately following the date on which the company's shareholders approve the appointment of a new chairman at the upcoming special general meeting.

Mr. Sun Liang has been nominated as an Executive Director, but his appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the special general meeting.

In addition to the positions held by Mr. Lu Rong as Executive Director and members of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Governance Committee, he has also been appointed as Authorized Representative and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from the day immediately following the date of the special general meeting. Mr. Lu has also been nominated as Chairman, but his appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the special general meeting
