# HON-Flex Holdings plans to collaborate with the Qingyang Municipal Government to build a green intelligent digital infrastructure project, with an estimated total investment of 12.8 billion yuan

According to the announcement from Hongxin Electronics (300657.SZ), in order to anchor the direction of serving the national strategy of "East Data West Computing," and in accordance with the requirements for the construction of national hub nodes for the integrated computing power network, guided by the "East Data West Computing" project and relying on the rich green electricity resource advantages of Qingyang, the company is fully promoting the construction of low-carbon and efficient computing power infrastructure. The company's holding subsidiary, Gansu Suihong Green Computing Co., Ltd. ("Suihong Green"), plans to jointly sign the "Investment Framework Agreement for the Suihong Qingyang Green Intelligent Digital Infrastructure Project" with the People's Government of Qingyang City ("Qingyang City") to co-build the Suihong Qingyang Green Intelligent Digital Infrastructure Project.

The announcement shows that the total planned construction land for the project is approximately 500 acres, with a total investment expected to be 12.8 billion yuan, planned to be constructed in phases. This project will be independently constructed by the company in the East Data West Computing Industrial Park in Qingyang, Gansu, or implemented through the establishment of a joint venture project company with the company's ecological partners. Specific content includes the construction of high-performance intelligent computing centers, etc. Once completed, the project can accommodate more than 2,500 high-power 20kW cabinets, deploying operational computing power of no less than 40,000 PFlops.

It is reported that in Qingyang, the company, in collaboration with partners, successfully built the first domestically produced WanKa computing power large cluster and a domestic computing power adaptation center. By the end of 2024, the cluster computing power scale in Qingyang has exceeded 50,000 PFlops, rising to become a core hub in the domestic computing power middle corridor, with the computing power highland, digital economy industry gathering place, and artificial intelligence application demonstration base taking shape. The company has made outstanding contributions to the construction of "China Computing Valley · Smart Qingyang," helping Qingyang achieve the fastest growth, largest increment, and highest proportion of intelligent computing power in the country. According to the planning of the Qingyang City government, by the end of 2025 and the end of 2026, the intelligent computing power targets for Qingyang will reach 100,000 PFlops and 300,000 PFlops, respectively
