Jinshi Technology announced that the company intends to pre-list the transfer of 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd. on the property rights trading center. This notice is only for information disclosure and does not constitute a transaction. Hunan Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 400 million, with total assets of RMB 406 million and total liabilities of RMB 70.4391 million as of December 31, 2024. The owner's equity is RMB 336 million. The net profit from January to December 2024 is -RMB 14.5837 million. The transaction is expected not to constitute a major asset restructuring as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies."
