# One of the concerted actors of DAOMING, Hu Huiling, plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 0.48%

According to the announcement from DAOMING (002632.SZ), one of the actual controllers, Ms. Hu Huiling, plans to reduce her holdings within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement (i.e., from August 26, 2025, to November 25, 2025, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited by relevant laws and regulations) through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with the number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 3 million shares, which is no more than 0.48% of the company's total share capital
