BEIJING JIAYE (02210.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting pre-tax profit for the six months ending in June to be between RMB 31.1 million and RMB 37.3 million, a decrease of 40%-50% compared to the same period last year. This is mainly due to the group's increased investment in the early stages and quality maintenance of property management projects; and the rental price of container houses showing a significant downward trend, leading the group to recognize impairment losses in accordance with relevant accounting standards
