# BYE: Obtained a commitment letter for stock repurchase loans from financial institutions not exceeding 18 million yuan

On August 4th, BYE announced that the company has obtained a "Financing Commitment Letter" issued by the Guangzhou Dade Road Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, promising to provide a special repurchase loan of no more than 18 million yuan and not exceeding 90% of the amount for repurchasing shares, with a loan term of no more than 3 years. The loan will be used to repurchase BYE's shares. Specific loan matters shall be subject to the loan contract signed by both parties
