Huadian Liaoning Energy announced that its shareholder, Liaoning Energy Investment Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, currently owns 244 million shares, accounting for 16.60%; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 14.7271 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from August 27, 2025, to November 27, 2025. The reduction price will be confirmed based on the market price at the time of the reduction, and the shares to be reduced are sourced from participation in the non-public offering subscription. This shareholder has no concerted action parties, and the reason for the reduction is the need for business development
