Far East Co., Ltd. announced that as of August 1, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 22.2539 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with a total repurchase amount of 118 million yuan. This repurchase plan was proposed by the company's chairman, Mr. Jiang Xipei, on July 23, 2024, with an expected repurchase amount between 150 million yuan and 200 million yuan. The company will use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with a repurchase price not exceeding 7.12 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
