# CHML: First repurchase of 0.1201% of the company's shares, transaction amount of 9.0218 million yuan

Changhong Meiling announced that the company first repurchased A-shares through a dedicated securities account for stock buybacks via centralized bidding on July 15, 2025. As of July 31, 2025, the company had repurchased 1.2372 million A-shares through the dedicated securities account for stock buybacks via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.1201% of the company's total share capital; the highest transaction price for this repurchase was 7.45 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 7.26 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 9.0218 million yuan. The funds for this repurchase of A-shares came from the company's own funds and self-raised funds, and the repurchase price did not exceed 10.67 yuan/share. This repurchase complies with the established repurchase plan and relevant laws and regulations
