Zhejiang Energy Power announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation report from Chairman Yu Guoping. Due to age reasons, Yu Guoping has applied to resign from the position of director and chairman of the fifth board of directors, as well as the position of convener of the board's strategy and investment committee.
