On August 4th, JMC announced that the company reviewed and approved the proposal for repurchasing its A-shares. The funds for this repurchase will come from the company's own funds, with a total amount not less than 150 million yuan and not exceeding 200 million yuan, and the repurchase price will not exceed 22 yuan per share. The shares repurchased will be used to implement the company's employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. As of July 31, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 8.5705 million shares, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital, with a total expenditure of 169 million yuan
