# SDL plans to establish a joint venture with a Huairou hard technology company, focusing on the field of mass spectrometry technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDL (002658.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Beijing Huairou Hard Technology Innovation Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huairou Hard Technology Company") to establish a holding subsidiary named Huazhong Mass Spectrometry (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name). The holding subsidiary will focus on the field of mass spectrometry technology, organize the research and development of common technologies and key core components in mass spectrometry, conduct verification, evaluation, and application promotion of new mass spectrometry technologies, promote communication and cooperation in the mass spectrometry industry, and drive industry development.

The registered capital of the holding subsidiary is 10 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 8 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 80% of the registered capital of the holding subsidiary
