# T&K plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a shareholding scale not exceeding 4.9751 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, T&K (301263.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which will initially involve no more than 150 people. This includes 7 directors (excluding independent directors), supervisors, and senior management, with no more than 143 other employees. The source of the stocks for the employee stock ownership plan will be obtained through legal means such as purchasing on the secondary market, with a holding scale not exceeding 4.9751 million shares; the total amount of funds to be raised by the employee stock ownership plan is capped at 200 million yuan.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, and the lock-up period for the acquired target stocks is 12 months, calculated from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the completion of the last purchase of the target stocks
