# During the period of abnormal stock price movement of Secote co.ltd, Sun Feng reduced his holdings of the company's shares through block trading on July 31

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Secote Co., Ltd. (603283.SH) announced a stock price fluctuation notice stating that the closing price increase deviation of the company's stock reached a cumulative 20% over three consecutive trading days on July 31, August 1, and August 4, 2025, which constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading. On May 9, 2025, the company disclosed the "Announcement on Shareholder Reduction Plan of Suzhou Secote Precision Electronics Co., Ltd." As of the announcement date, the aforementioned reduction plan has not been fully implemented. Upon verification, during the period of this abnormal stock trading fluctuation, Sun Feng reduced his holdings of the company's stock through block trading on July 31, 2025, which is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan, and there is no violation of regulations regarding the reduction. Apart from the above situation, other directors, supervisors, senior management personnel, and Ms. Zeng Hui did not engage in buying or selling the company's stock during this period of abnormal stock trading fluctuation
