# Dare Auto: Reduced holdings by 1.98% on the 15th of the 5th year of the WuXu calendar

Dare Auto announced that its shareholder, Shanghai Wuxu Asset Management Co., Ltd. - Wuxu Value No. 15 Private Securities Investment Fund, holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings by 2.995 million shares through block trading from July 3, 2025, to August 1, 2025, at a price range of 25.7-28.01 yuan/share, with an average reduction price of 26.49 yuan/share, accounting for 1.98% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, the fund's holdings decreased from 12.3511 million shares, accounting for 8.18%, to 9.3561 million shares, accounting for 6.20%. The above reduction plan has been implemented, and the relevant procedures comply with the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Share Reduction by Shareholders of Listed Companies" and other regulations, consistent with the previously disclosed reduction intention
