# The actual controller of TongDa Cable plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TongDa Cable (002560.SZ) announced that Mr. Shi Wanfu, a shareholder holding 8.32%, is the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15.715 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding, block trading, or other legal methods within three months after the announcement date (from August 27, 2025, to November 26, 2025)
